Private Home Classes

These can be just for you or for a small group depending on space. Classes take place in the comfort of your own home. Please contact me for further information.

Prices

11 week term
£135 for one class per week.
£235 for two classes per week.

Private sessions
From £55 for one hour.

Having suffered from back problems for a number of years, I'd got used to the daily ritual due to the pain in my lower back that forced me to get out of bed as soon as I woke and the stiffness that would last for hours after.

I was nagged by friends who were already converts of Dawn's Pilates classes into booking a 1:1 session with her. Thanks to Dawn's lessons I am now much more aware of how I carry myself, feel fitter, plus I get to have a lie in!

I'd recommend Dawn to anybody with similar problems or anyone who's looking for a satisfying exercise regime that improves all round fitness.
